YouTube Weekly Channel Review Template

The growth dashboard template is designed for creators who want a compact weekly operating view: subscriber gain, view velocity, average view duration, click-through rate, and milestone progress. It gives you the minimum set of metrics needed to spot channel acceleration or stagnation without digging through multiple reports.

Download the CSV and open it in your spreadsheet. The SAMPLE row uses fictional values; it is a worked example, not a customer result or industry benchmark. Duplicate the BLANK row for each channel and review period. This is a manual worksheet, not an automatically installed dashboard configuration.

Choose two complete seven-day periods, use the same channel and format, and enter the values from YouTube Studio or an authorized channel export. Record the traffic source where relevant. Keep missing revenue blank instead of entering zero. Revenue should use one currency and the same reporting definition in both periods.

In the example, views rise from 10,000 to 12,000: (12,000 - 10,000) / 10,000 × 100 = 20%. CTR moves from 5.2% to 4.8%, a decline of 0.4 percentage points. These are different calculations. If the previous value is zero, percentage growth is undefined; report the absolute change. Record one hypothesis and one next action, then choose a review date before making a change.
