TubeAnalytics offers three subscription tiers — Starter, Pro, and Agency — designed for different stages of YouTube creator growth. Starter provides core analytics for a single channel at no cost. Pro unlocks deeper history, more competitor slots, and automation features for active creators. Agency is built for teams and professionals managing multiple channels with client-level reporting needs.

Managing your subscription, payment details, and team members is handled entirely from your Account Settings page — no need to contact support for routine changes. You can upgrade, downgrade, add team members, update your payment method, and download invoices at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately, and unused days on a downgrade are credited to your next billing cycle.

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing in your TubeAnalytics dashboard and click 'Change Plan.' You'll see a side-by-side comparison of available plans. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately upon cancellation. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
TubeAnalytics does not automatically issue refunds for mid-cycle cancellations — your subscription remains active until the period ends. If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it. See our refund policy for full details.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Method and click 'Update Card.' We use Stripe for all payment processing, so your card details are entered in a secure Stripe-hosted form — TubeAnalytics never stores your full card number. The updated method takes effect on your next billing date.
How do I add a team member to my account?
Team member seats are available on Pro (up to 3 members) and Agency (unlimited) plans. Go to Settings > Team, click 'Invite Member,' enter their email address, and select their permission level. They'll receive an invitation email and can join immediately after accepting.
