- You have not exceeded 100 API calls during your trial period
- You have not abused our service or violated our Terms of Service
- This is your first refund request (we allow one refund per customer account)
What Happens After a Refund?
Once your refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will lose access to all premium features, including:
- Advanced analytics and reporting features
- Competitor tracking for more than 3 channels
- AI-powered thumbnail testing
- Custom dashboards and exports
- Priority support
If you decide to resubscribe in the future, you will be eligible for another refund within your first 14 days of that new subscription.
What Is Not Covered by Our Guarantee?
Our 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Renewal charges: Refunds are only available for initial purchases, not for subsequent renewal charges
- Custom integrations: Any custom development work or personalized integrations commissioned by the customer
- Enterprise plans: Custom enterprise agreements may have different refund terms outlined in your contract
- Abuse or violations: Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds
- Third-party purchases: Any products or services purchased through third-party resellers (please contact the reseller directly)

- Verification: Our team will verify your account and eligibility within 1-2 business days

Refund Timeline
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
Appearance on Statement
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund. These include:
- Technical issues preventing you from using the service (case-by-case basis)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Significant service outages lasting more than 48 hours

Changing Your Plan
