  • This is your first refund request (we allow one refund per customer account)

What Happens After a Refund?

Once your refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will lose access to all premium features, including:

  • AI-powered thumbnail testing
  • Custom dashboards and exports
  • Priority support

If you decide to resubscribe in the future, you will be eligible for another refund within your first 14 days of that new subscription.

What Is Not Covered by Our Guarantee?

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

Appearance on Statement

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund. These include:
