Start by listing the channels that matter most in your niche, then fill out one row per competitor. Record the same metrics every time so the comparisons stay consistent and the output can be shared with teammates or clients.

A change in lifetime views between snapshots is an observed total-count change, not a private analytics report. Deleted videos and count corrections can change totals. Compare videos of similar age and format before drawing conclusions; leave unavailable counts blank.
