Comment Manager is TubeAnalytics' comment moderation workspace for a connected YouTube channel on the Professional plan. It loads comment threads for the selected channel into one inbox so creators can review discussion without opening each video in YouTube Studio. The inbox supports search, sorting, and moderation-status filters, including comments held for review. Creators can inspect threads, reply, approve held comments, mark spam, and delete comments from the dashboard when their connected account has the necessary permission. Results are fetched from YouTube for the selected channel; this is not an automatic moderation service or a public comment feed. The workspace helps organize a creator's response workflow, but using it does not guarantee faster replies, additional views, or distribution. Comment actions require authorization from the channel owner and are sent to YouTube when submitted.

Connect your YouTube channel
Authorize TubeAnalytics to access your channel's comments through the YouTube API. The inbox fetches threads for the selected channel when you open or refresh it.

Open the Comment Manager inbox
Navigate to Comment Manager from the main dashboard. New unreviewed comments appear at the top of the chronological feed. The default view shows all comments sorted by newest first, with quick status indicator badges.

Filter to prioritize your queue
Use the status filter to focus on comments held for review, or filter to a specific video to respond to its comment section in full. The search bar lets you find recurring question patterns across your library quickly.

Inspect a thread, then use the reply or moderation controls. Submitted actions are sent to YouTube through the connected channel.
