How Integrations Work
Connect
Authorize the integration from your Settings > Integrations page. Most connections use OAuth or an API key and take under two minutes. You control exactly which permissions are granted.
Sync
TubeAnalytics automatically pushes or pulls data on a schedule you configure. There's nothing to manually export or import — your connected tools always have fresh data without any action on your part.
Act
Receive notifications, trigger automations, or view your analytics directly in the connected tool. Your data is where you need it, formatted for the platform you're already using.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Does TubeAnalytics connect to Zapier?
- Zapier integration is on the roadmap and coming soon. When available, it will let you trigger Zaps based on TubeAnalytics events — such as a video reaching a view milestone, a new video being published, or a competitor channel posting. In the meantime, you can use the TubeAnalytics API to build custom workflows with any automation platform that supports webhooks.
- Can I export my analytics data to Google Sheets?
- Direct Google Sheets sync is coming soon. Currently, you can export data as CSV from any TubeAnalytics report and import it manually into Sheets. Pro and Agency subscribers have unlimited CSV exports. Once the Zapier integration launches, automated Sheets sync will be available without any manual steps.
- How do I disconnect an integration?
- Go to Settings > Integrations in your TubeAnalytics dashboard, find the integration you want to remove, and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes TubeAnalytics's access — no data is deleted from your account. You can reconnect at any time.
- Will connecting Google Analytics slow down my TubeAnalytics dashboard?
- No. Integrations run as background syncs separate from your main dashboard. Data from connected tools is fetched asynchronously and cached, so loading your TubeAnalytics dashboard is unaffected regardless of how many integrations you have active.
- How often does data sync between TubeAnalytics and connected tools?
- Sync frequency depends on the integration and your plan. Most integrations sync every 1–6 hours. For time-sensitive use cases like Slack notifications, near-real-time delivery is available on Pro and Agency plans. Sync schedules are configurable per integration in Settings > Integrations.
