How Team Billing Works
When you invite a team member to a workspace on the Pro or Enterprise plan, they consume a paid seat. Billing is prorated for mid-cycle additions.
Managing Seats
- Add a seat: Settings > Team > Invite Member
- Remove a seat: Settings > Team > Remove Member
- Seat changes take effect at the next billing cycle
Common Questions About Team Billing
What happens if I remove a team member?
Their seat is freed and your next invoice is adjusted. Any pre-paid amount for their seat is credited to your account.
Can I transfer a seat to someone else?
Yes. Remove the current member first, then invite the new person. The seat remains active during the transfer.
